surveyed this well known building and provided working drawings for the rearrangement of
meeting rooms and offices throughout the building to improve the security arrangements. Applications
were also made to the National Heritage Resources Agency Board to create additional rest and recreation
areas for the Staff.
AirCraft Hangar
Mindust.com
designed and supervised the construction of an aircraft hangar for a Corporate Client.
The design included all legally necessary stores and workshops, luxury VIP waiting rooms, full
office accommodation and garages for VIP parking.
Liason with Airport Authorities, Civil aviation authority and local government authorities and
obtaining their authority to proceed was all part of the service.
Medical Facilities
Mindust.com
has been involved with hospitals and clinics on a regular basis. Our experience has
mainly been involved with existing buildings requiring improvement. We have upgraded
wards, re-vamped casualty units and improved existing Clinics. With this experience we
were appointed to construct a Community Clinic in a previously disadvantaged area.
